ON24 Launches Where is Your ROI? Campaign

Initiative dedicated to highlighting best techniques to drive ROI

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ON24, the worldwide leading webinar marketing platform, today announced the company's new Where is Your ROI? marketing campaign. The initiative aims to educate marketers on the best use of resources, time, and money to generate high-quality sales leads and drive tangible return on investment.

"Marketers are increasingly under pressure to improve ROI for every dollar they spend," says CMO of ON24 Joe Hyland. "Traditional marketing tools like email are starting to lose their effectiveness, and new media - such as social - has yet to develop proven best practices for driving revenue, but webinars are unique in their ability to drive ROI at every stage of the funnel. The Where is Your ROI? campaign is dedicated to empowering marketers with the data and tools they need to turn unknown prospects into loyal customers."

According to ON24 research, it takes approximately 12 marketing touches to convert a prospect into a customer, so spending the time to reach out to all leads takes time, money, and ample resources. Webinars are unique in their ability to measure prospects' levels of interest and enable prospects to have multiple content touches in a single prospect interaction. Beyond viewing a presentation, prospects can download additional content, link to blogs, visit forums or seek out video channels -- all which provides key data that enables sales teams to reach out in a manner that's most helpful and productive.  And with ON24, all audience behavior is tracked, scored and fed back into the circuit's existing marketing and sales infrastructure - resulting in seamless lead follow-up.

"We're dedicated to helping all of our customers become data driven, but we also want them to leverage the most relevant data that drives revenue for their business," says Hyland. "Customers like Microsoft have seen over 7% of webinar attendees go on to become customers, which is an incredible return on investment."

The launch comes at a time of accelerating growth for ON24. With more than 732 hours of content delivered every hour, ON24 is on pace to eclipse 100,000 in 2016. Earlier this year Goldman Sachs announced a $25 million investment in ON24, coming after the company saw a 70 percent year-over-year revenue growth in 2015.

Machine learning has taken residence at our cities' cores and now we can finally have "smart cities." Cities are a collection of buildings made to provide the structure and safety necessary for people to function, create and survive. The explosion of new web/cloud/IoT-based applications and the data they generate are transforming our world right before our eyes. In this rush to adopt these new technologies, organizations are often ignoring fundamental questions concerning who owns the data and failing to ask for permission to conduct invasive surveillance of their customers. Organizations that are not transparent about how their systems gather data telemetry without offering shared data ownership risk product rejection, regu...

Poor data quality and analytics drive down business value. In fact, Gartner estimated that the average financial impact of poor data quality on organizations is $9.7 million per year. But bad data is much more than a cost center. By eroding trust in information, analytics and the business decisions based on these, it is a serious impediment to digital transformation.
