- Bidstalk's global footprint gives significant boost to AppFlood's mobile ad inventory
- AppFlood integration boosts Bidstalk's global reach, particularly across China and Asia
London & Beijing, 3 July 2014 - AppFlood (www.appflood.com), the China-based global mobile real time bidding (RTB) exchange, today announced it had added Bidstalk, the mobile advertising and app monetization platform, to its growing list of mobile advertising partners. The deal brings together AppFlood's existing ad network and Bidstalk's white-label DSP solution, which is already processing more than 10 billion advertising bids each day.
Launched in April, AppFlood's mobile RTB is the first to overcome the technical challenges that until now have prevented RTB exchanges from effectively delivering mobile ad inventory in China. Several of the mobile industry's leading DSPs, SSPs and advertising exchanges have since partnered with AppFlood to link western advertisers and audiences to China, and vice-versa.
Chris Hanage, General Manager EMEA at AppFlood, said he's excited to have Bidstalk on-board given its meteoric rise over the past six months.
"China has some of the most successful and fastest growing mobile and lifestyle brands in the world, and they are focused on expanding into new markets through mobile advertising. At the same time, China's 700 million smartphone users are an untapped market for Western brands and companies. By partnering with Bidstalk, we have not only increased AppFlood's global reach, but Bidstalk's customers will now be able to deliver truly global campaigns thanks to our ability to connect than to this rapidly growing Chinese mobile audience."
Bidstalk has grown rapidly since announcing their arrival at Mobile World Congress in February. Bidstalk's white-label mobile DSP solution allows advertisers to place highly targeted smart ads on thousands of premium mobile apps, and its Ad Server allows for maximisation of ad revenues for mobile app developers.
Vipul Jain, CMO and Co-Founder of Bidstalk, said the partnership with AppFlood to boost their access to premium inventory in China and across Asia was an important part of its growth plans.
"Since our launch just six months ago, we've identified emerging markets across Asia as a focus area to continue our rapid growth. We've seen a significant increase in demand for Asian inventory from our advertising partners, and AppFlood's RTB platform will help us meet that demand."

Over the last few years the healthcare ecosystem has revolved around innovations in Electronic Health Record (HER) based systems. This evolution has helped us achieve much desired interoperability. Now the focus is shifting to other equally important aspects – scalability and performance. While applying cloud computing environments to the EHR systems, a special consideration needs to be given to the cloud enablement of Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA), i.e., the largest single medical system in the United States.

There will be 50 billion Internet connected devices by 2020. Today, every manufacturer has a propriety protocol and an app. How do we securely integrate these "things" into our lives and businesses in a way that we can easily control and manage? Scott Jenson leads a project called The Physical Web within the Chrome team at Google. Project members are working to take the scalability and openness of the web and use it to talk to the exponentially exploding range of smart devices. Nearly every company today working on the IoT comes up with the same basic solution: use my server and you'll be fine. But if we really believe there will be trillions of these devices, that just can't scale. We need a system that is open a scalable and by using the URL as a basic building block, we open this up and get the same resilience that the web enjoys.
