IZP Facilitates Chongqing Cross-border E-commerce Entering Into the Big Data-driven Stage

CHONGQING, China, Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 25th, 2014, the Chongqing municipal government and IZP Group, a world-leading big data platform company, reached a cooperation agreement. The two parties will cooperate to build a global "Chongqing big data cross-border e-commerce platform" based on big data, aiming to sell Chinese products to the world and vice versa. We will set up a cross-border e-commerce industry ecosystem including intelligence, logistics and finance, facilitating Chongqing's entrance into the cross-border e-commerce big data-driven stage.

As one of the first pilot cities for cross-border e-commerce, Chongqing has pioneering advantages in this aspect. It is the first time that Chongqing has tried to apply big data technology to cross-border trade by cooperating with IZP. The cross-border e-commerce platform based on big data is an important method to undergo industry upgrading and promote efficiency. Big data mining technology is a key factor in competitiveness not only for enterprises but also for the region. Depending on global big data and the F2C of IZP, it is possible to get through trade links like "information flow, logistics and capital flow" with lower cost and shorter channels, upgrading Chongqing's cross-border e-commerce and helping to make Chongqing the center of China's cross-border e-commerce market.

Different from traditional e-commerce enterprises (they always try to attract users by building websites), IZP has deployed a big data platform covering 800 million overseas Internet users in 89 countries and has access to a global consumers map with big data mining technology in real time. Enterprises, once they have joined this platform, can sell goods to 800 million global consumers directly. In addition, enterprises, on this platform, can know how big the targeted market space is, which styles and colors consumers are happy with and how large of a stock is needed. With results analyzed by big data, enterprises can enter into global markets better and quicker.

With the establishment of the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe railway connecting Central Asia with Europe, Chongqing has become an open area in mainland China and the starting point of the new Silk Road. IZP will build up a unified global order production center, including domestic and international E2E logistics with a unified order code and providing comprehensive logistics management of all commodity orders.

With the increasing volume of online trade, "Chongqing big data cross-border e-commerce" will collect abundant data about trade, covering E2E trade links like marketing, order & logistics and online payment. By mining this kind of data, financing institutions can quickly and comprehensively evaluate the credit information of an enterprise. The difficulty of the unavailability of credit information of SMEs by offline data is solved and more SMEs can get access to financial services. When the financial problems are solved, enterprises can make their trades bigger. In the future, big data financial service will infiltrate into every SME and every trade flow, forming a finance industry chain based on big data, promoting innovation and the development of Chongqing-based trade and finance.

Therefore, the "Chongqing big data cross-border e-commerce platform" will not only facilitate enterprises in Chongqing and throughout China selling products to the globe and promote rapid growth in Chongqing cross-border trade volume, but it can also form the base for Chongqing cross-border e-commerce, and train talents for the related enterprises of market intelligence, logistics and finance. With close cooperation between the Chongqing municipal government and IZP Group, we will make the Chongqing big data cross-border e-commerce platform the core and leading platform in Chongqing. We will deploy the platform in North Chongqing to be as an important enterprise of the Xiantao Data Valley that is under construction.

Moreover, both parties will cooperate in various aspects in other fields of big data. IZP, as the first company with international big data centers in Chongqing's Xiantao Data Valley, will be engaged in promoting Chongqing's big data industry chain and standards.

It's easy to assume that your app will run on a fast and reliable network. The reality for your app's users, though, is often a slow, unreliable network with spotty coverage. What happens when the network doesn't work, or when the device is in airplane mode? You get unhappy, frustrated users. An offline-first app is an app that works, without error, when there is no network connection.
