Kulupka joins Targetbase to lead delivery and long-term strategic planning of its marketing and customer-facing technology solutions.

According to Targetbase Chief Executive Officer Mark Wright, Kulupka’s pronounced passion for the intelligence side of technology was key in his selection. “After a thorough search, we found a hands-on CTO who shares our vision and deep commitment to putting the consumer experience at the center of everything we do. Peter’s experience in delivering on this vision for leading Fortune 500 companies, as well as being a trusted advisor to their leadership teams, made him the right addition to our executive team,” Wright explained.

“The premium being placed on flawless execution, as well as the connectivity and importance consumer level databases are now playing in our clients’ businesses, demand real-time connectivity of the highest quality. It’s exactly what Peter is passionate about and committed to,” Wright continued.

Prior to joining Targetbase, Kulupka led the Enterprise Consulting Group at Acxiom Corp, where he created competitive advantages for clients through Big Data and Cloud solutions, leveraging customer data as an enterprise-wide asset. His team improved performance for clients through numerous initiatives such as developing a highly consultative program management office that synchronized delivery processes. Peter has also worked on the client side at JPMorgan Chase and the Chicago Tribune.

“Ahead of the MSPs, Targetbase launched the vision for the truly integrated customer engagement agency which others are just now starting to follow. I am thrilled to be joining such a talented and visionary leadership team. The technology professionals I am now leading at Targetbase will be engaged alongside the digital, analytics, and communications teams to deliver the robust, integrated, and behavior-changing solutions our clients demand,” Kulupka remarked.
