Triometric launches Web Services Analyzer for Travel version 6.2

XML analytics software facilitates Big Data analytics with new visualisation and reporting features

Berlin, GERMANY - 06 March 2013 Today Triometric launched Web Services Analyzer version 6.2, at ITB Berlin, the world's largest travel tradeshow, adding new reporting and visualisation features to all Triometric products.

"We are building on our foundation of travel big data analytics by making the product even easier to use and simplifying the process of extracting actionable business intelligence. We are doing this by adding more intuitive user experience and new visualisation capabilities" said Matthew Goulden, Managing Director at Triometric.

Customer feedback has included, "Triometric's new reports, graphs and system interactivity besides looking great, mean that we can navigate through information a lot faster to either snatch revenue opportunities by quickly reacting to demand or to save costs by quickly identifying and resolving operational issues."

Slicing and dicing Big Data has become even faster with this upgrade. Features like drillable points in charts and drillable global heat maps allow users to quickly diagnose and react to changing demand, supply and operational performance.

"Animated charting, geo charts and interactive reports are only a start" added Sam Elstob, Software Development Manager at Triometric. "Throughout the v6 series of releases we'll be making substantial user experience leaps, enabling users to interact better with our products, visualise their business challenges and in return make faster and more accurate business decisions"

Other additions in version 6.2 include a "big number" component for inclusion in real time dashboards where display of simple KPIs are required, for example number of bookings or number of searches. In newly implemented combination charts, users can also now superimpose measurements to understand live correlations, for example a drop in performance and a drop in bookings.

Triometric is demonstrating version 6.2 at ITB Berlin 2013 at stand 102 in hall 6.1.

At ITB Berlin also, Triometric will be presenting at PhoCusWright's "Five Minutes of Fame" session on Wednesday the 6th of March at 15:35.

“Trust is an ongoing journey and sits at the foundation of any vendor relationship – the companies that don’t consistently earn trust won’t be around long,” noted Henrik Rosendahl, Senior VP of Cloud Solutions at Quantum, in this exclusive Q&A with Cloud Expo Conference Chair Jeremy Geelan. “As they do more with cloud, trust will organically grow – maybe it’s just about meeting SLAs or seeing firsthand that data is there when you need it,” Rosendahl continued. If zettabytes of data exist, why is less than 1% of the world’s data being analyzed today? Seasoned entrepreneur and startup CEO Radhika Subramanian believes that the inability to analyze and gain value from Big Data is that organizations are taking a services-centered approach. As the title of the session implies, Subramanian believes that the data needs to do the talking, not armies of analysts searching and querying databases. Her company has developed high-speed, advanced algorithms to autom...
Cloud enables SMBs to access new, scalable resources – previously only available to enterprises – in flexible and cost-effective ways. McKinsey’s SMB Cloud Report projects the public cloud market to reach $40-$50 billion by 2015, with SMBs comprising 65% of public cloud spending in 2015. But selling cloud to SMBs raises the questions of who, what and how. In this session Manjula Talreja, VP of Cisco’s Global Cloud Business Development Team, will discuss the importance of knowing who SMB...
