Former Lockheed Martin Technologist Kiran Rathod Joins Paragon Technology Group as Chief Technology Officer

Takes Lead Building Paragon's Growing Data Analytics Practice

VIENNA, Va., Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Technology Group, a leading provider of strategic technology solutions to the public sector, announced today that Kiran Rathod has been named Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Rathod will be responsible for the development and implementation of data management, data analytics and emerging technologies in support of Paragon's objectives and growth in the government and commercial markets.

Mr. Rathod brings more than 22 years of extensive professional experience in information technology, in which he has delivered mission-critical federal and commercial solutions managing large-scale corporate IT environments.  Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Rathod spent 10 years at Lockheed Martin holding several senior leadership positions focused on driving innovative IT solutions to federal customers. His domain knowledge is in the areas of big data analytics, mobility, cloud computing, ITIL v3, and IT strategy development.  Mr. Rathod began his career in wireless telecommunications, holding several senior technical and leadership positions with companies and agencies such as NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Motorola and AT&T Wireless.
