Analogix Adds Matt Ready as VP of Sales

Analogix® Semiconductor, the market leader in enabling DisplayPort™ solutions and creator of SlimPort® connectivity products, today announced it has expanded its executive staff to further leverage the company’s growth in the mobile market. Matt Ready has been appointed the vice president of worldwide sales, and brings to the Company a proven track record of success in a variety of technology fields.

“Analogix has demonstrated impressive growth in DisplayPort market segments including notebooks, tablets and smartphones,” said Matt Ready, vice president of worldwide sales at Analogix. “Joining the Company presents a great opportunity to leverage my background with both startup and larger semiconductor companies to lead the expansion of the Analogix sales team and customer base.”

Over his 25-year career, Matt Ready has built a reputation for accelerating top line revenue growth, and is a proven and seasoned senior vice president of global sales and field operations in technology related industries. His responsibilities have spanned start-up operations through driving annual revenue streams exceeding $250M. Matt has demonstrated versatility with experience in storage, networking, wireless, IO, and consumer technologies in various semiconductor firms.

Prior to SandForce, he led worldwide sales organizations at both public companies (OPTi, Genesis Microchip and PLX Technology) and private startups (eASIC, Zeevo-aquired by Broadcom and Array Microsystems).

Matt holds a BS degree from San Jose State University in Business Administration.
