OnProcess Technology Opens New Operations Center in Sofia, Bulgaria

OnProcess Technology, Inc., a global service company with headquarters in Ashland, MA announces the opening of its fifth operations center – this one in Sofia, Bulgaria – to support its continued growth in the EMEA region.

The center opening coincides with a new three-year commitment from one of its long-standing OEM clients to service their EMEA-based business. The new location also provides post-sales service operations for several of OnProcess’ other multi-national client companies.

“We’re very excited to open this center in Sofia and demonstrate our commitment to our clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We investigated a number of countries in our search for the best location, and believe that Bulgaria is an ideal location and represents the future in service operations for EMEA”, said Ed Barry, CEO of OnProcess. “It demonstrates our commitment to global growth and now, with our current operations in the US, Grenada and India we provide clients with the reach, scalability and local footprint that they’ve been asking us for.”

Mr. Barry pointed out that the full suite of OnProcess’ services, including:

  • inbound service triage
  • service order management
  • management of the dispatch of parts and labor
  • reverse logistics & asset retrieval

would be available to its clients at the Sofia center. He also indicated that the company is searching for a third US-based facility to further accommodate the company’s expansion.
