Seit dem Marktschluss am 21. Dezember 2012 ist die Gesellschaft Artprice nach dem renommierten SBF-120-Index gelistet. Nach der Quartalsrevision der Euronext Paris-Indizes traf der Börsenausschuss der NYSE Euronext Paris (Conseil Scientifique des Indices) die Entscheidung, Artprice.com in die Auswahlindizes CAC Mid 60 und SBF 120 aufzunehmen.
Der SBF-120-Index besteht aus den 120 wichtigsten börsennotierten französischen Gesellschaften und umfasst den CAC-40-Index sowie die 80 Wertpapiere mit der höchsten Liquidität.
Zur Information beträgt die Liquidität der Artprice Aktie 3,83 Millionen Euro pro Tag und erreichte über 440 Börsensitzungen ein Handelsvolumen von 1,688 Milliarden Euro.
Artprice Gründer und Vorstandsvorsitzender Thierry Ehrmann gibt seinen Aktionären und dem Markt gegenüber bekannt, dass die Gesellschaft - ganz im Sinne der Zielsetzung von Artprice zu Beginn des Jahres 2012 - am 18. Dezember 2012 die 2-Millionen-Kunden-Schwelle überschritt.
Ab 2013 dienen Google und Baidu (China) als direkte Schnittstelle für sämtliche Artprice Datenbanken.
Wie die Unternehmensgruppe in ihrer letzten Mitteilung bekanntgab, hat Artprice Anfang Dezember damit begonnen, in erster Linie über Google und Baidu (China) einen Großteil seiner Datenbankstrukturen und seines standardisierten Kunstmarktes als Freeware online zu stellen (gebührenfreie Eigentumslizenz für Nutzer mit bestimmten Nutzungseinschränkungen).
So widmet sich Artprice - ohne dass seine Umsatzzahlen und Geschäftsergebnisse dadurch beeinträchtigt werden - auch weiterhin der Werbung von Neukunden samt ihrer Verhaltensprotokolle im Rahmen der Anfang 2012 in Angriff genommenen Big-Data-Datenintegration.
Artprice verfügt über eine äußerst umfangreiche Kundenkartei mit 18 Milliarden Logfiles, die mit den Verordnungen der europäischen und amerikanischen Behörden ausnahmslos übereinstimmen. Dank seines nun seit 9 Jahren betriebenen Data Mining und künftig durch Big Data weiß Artprice genau, was jeder seiner Kunden sucht oder besitzt. Sämtliche gewerblichen Verfahren, die den Datenbanken von Artprice zugrundeliegen, wurden angemeldet und geschützt, insbesondere bei der französischen Agentur für digitale Urheberrechte A.P.P. (Agence de Protection des Programmes).
Das 2003 geschlossene Partnerschaftsabkommen zwischen Artprice und Google stellt unter Beweis, dass die "Lex Google" in der digitalen Weltwirtschaft nicht unbedingt die richtige Lösung bereitstellt. Für das Jahr 2013 hat sich Artprice das Ziel gesteckt, hauptsächlich mit Google und Baidu (China) und einschließlich seiner verschiedenen Sprachen rund 210 Millionen standardisierte Daten auf dem Online-Kunstmarkt kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen, ohne dass dies Auswirkungen auf den Umsatz oder die Geschäftsergebnisse hat, und sich als zentrale Achse auf dem Marktplatz für Festpreisverkäufe und Auktionen zu etablieren.
Seit Anfang Dezember 2012 wurden im Rahmen seines Partnerschaftsabkommens mit Google mehrere hundert Millionen durch Artprice standardisierte Daten kostenlos online gestellt.
